Reply S.p.A. acquires Portaltech, a UK company specialising in multichannel e-commerce strategies and solutions
Reply S.p.A. – listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange [MTA, STAR: REY] – strengthens its presence in Europe through the acquisition of 80% Portaltech shares, a UK company specialising in consulting and implementation of multichannel e-commerce strategies and solutions. Portaltech’s chosen technology platform is hybris, a global leader in e-commerce and multichannel software.

Board of Directors approves the quarterly report as at September 30, 2011
Today the Board of Directors of Reply S.p.A. – a company listed on the STAR segment – approved the company’s quarterly results as at September 30, 2011. Despite the lower performance of the ICT sector (-1.7% from January to June, according to Assinform data), the Group’s consolidated turnover, during the first nine months of the year, reached 322.5 million Euros, up by 17% with respect to the 275.5 million Euros reported as at September 30, 2010.

Today, the Board of Directors of Reply S.p.A. – a company listed on the STAR [REY IM] segment – approved the company’s results as at 31 March 2011. Since the beginning of 2011, the Group achieved consolidated sales of 106.2 million Euros, an increase of 22.9% when compared to 2010.
