Updating on Domination Agreement on syskoplan AG

With regards to the press release of 14 April, we inform that the Federal Institute for Financial Services Supervision (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht) has been fixed at 8.19 Euro per share the price for all shareholders who, in the three months subsequent to the Domination Agreement coming into force, would sell to Reply S.p.A. their syskoplan AG’s shares.
