ITIL: engine of the services

Atlas Reply was present with its booth at the 2008 Spring Conference “ITIL: engine of the services”.

This annual appointment was a good opportunity of debate for the professional community of the IT Government, both Companies and Public Administration.

The main part of the Conference dealt with projects in progress development. Each speaker illustrated its own business case. Some in-depth examinations followed, with the aim of showing the strengths and the critical points of the adopted solutions.
